Myrtle Beach Paige and Dorsey Upper Mill Plantation Wedding, in Conway, South Carolina.
Paige and Dorsey got married at the beautiful setting of the Upper Mill Plantation. The venue used to be a cotton plantation/mill back in the days, in fact, they still growing cotton there which makes for some awesome photos when it’s ripe (unfortunately wasn’t the case this year). The weather on their wedding was absolutely gorgeous and unseasonably warm, which was a good relief from all the flooding and rain we had here. The ceremony was set up right in the back of the plantation house with a gorgeous view of Waccamaw river out the back.
The reception followed up at the brand new Pavillion which was built right on the site of the plantation over past several months.
Overall it was a gorgeous day and beautiful wedding. At the very end of the reception it started rained. I was really excited about that because the reception is the only time during the wedding that I don’t mind rain, it gave us an awesome opportunity to create some unbelievable shots under the rain, by the huge old willow tree and how about that 1920 Ford Model A. All in all, it was a memorable day of taking pictures and sharing in the love and family that surrounded them!
Thanks a bunch to all the vendors who were involved!
