One Life photography was awesome with our whole family. During the photo shoot he would look around, see a "perfect shot" and then put it into action. I knew before even seeing the proofs that he had taken some great shots. Once seeing the proofs, it was evident he had captured them. Great personality, great skill, up to date technologically, easy to work and communicate with after shoot in regards to ordering. Thanks Victor!! We highly recommend you to others.

Q: What should I wear for my family portrait?
A: For family portraits, it’s best to avoid clothing with large logos or busy patterns, as they can be distracting. Instead, opt for coordinating colors that complement each other, such as earth tones, pastels, or soft blues. Avoid wearing all white or all black, as these can appear too harsh in photos. Dress comfortably and feel free to accessorize with hats, scarves, or jewelry to add personality to your look!
Q: What is the best time of day for a beach portrait session?
A: The best time for a beach portrait session is during the "golden hour"—just before sunset or shortly after sunrise. During these times, the light is soft, warm, and flattering, creating a beautiful glow in your photos. The lower angle of the sun also helps reduce harsh shadows, making it ideal for capturing stunning family moments on the beach.
Q: How long does it take to get my photos back?
A: Depending on the size of your group and the complexity of the session, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 7-10 business days. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to ensure your images are perfect.
Q: What should I bring to the family portrait session?
A: Bring any props or special items you’d like to include in your photos, such as blankets, signs, or toys for the kids. Don’t forget to pack extra outfits in case of spills or changes in weather. Snacks and drinks for the kids (and adults!) are also a good idea to keep everyone energized and happy during the session.
Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of our session?
A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’re happy to reschedule your session for another day. Myrtle Beach weather can be unpredictable, so we’ll work with you to find a new date that works for everyone.
Q: Can we include our pets in the beach portrait session?
A: Absolutely! We love including furry family members in photos. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure your pet feels comfortable during the session.
Q: How do we prepare young children for a beach portrait session?
A: To make the session enjoyable for little ones, try to schedule it around their nap or meal times. Bring their favorite snacks, toys, or comfort items to keep them happy and engaged. We’ll work quickly to capture their natural smiles and energy while keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed.
