Bring a cap and gown, sports uniform, instrument, college shirt, or anything else that represents this season of your life. Most senior sessions last 60–90 minutes and may include multiple outfits or locations, depending on your collection.

During the session, you’ll receive clear posing direction while still having room to move, laugh, and be yourself. We create a balanced gallery with relaxed candid moments, confident close-up portraits, and a few polished poses for parents and graduation announcements.

Sunset creates warm, flattering light, while sunrise is a great choice for a quiet beach during busy summer months. Popular locations include Myrtle Beach State Park, Huntington Beach State Park, Pawleys Island, gardens, live-oak settings, and urban areas along the Grand Strand. We’ll recommend the best option for your vision and the time of year.

Senior Portrait prices

What to wear during your Myrtle Beach Senior Portrait photography session? It can be sometimes overwhelming to choose a right outfit for the session. We typically suggest three options:

Have something casual, something that you love to wear.
Have a dress (for girls), a suit (for guys)
You have a hobby, or you do any sports, bring those outfits together with props.
One thing to remember, especially for girls avoid crazy patterns they sure do look cool, but not always photograph very well, avoid loose dresses.

Outfits

Myrtle Beach State Park (4401 South Kings HWY, Myrtle Beach SC). It will be an ideal location for the beach photo shoot. Since its a state park it is not as many people there. Myrtle Beach State Park also has a pier which photographs well. Park is well maintained and has some unique trees.

Pawleys Island is about 40 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and offers centuries-old live oaks, landscaped gardens, historic architecture, and a quieter coastal atmosphere. Its variety of natural and architectural backgrounds makes it a beautiful choice for a senior portrait session with classic Lowcountry character.

Very Similar set up to Myrtle Beach State Park, a bit more south. Doesn’t have a pier but has a cool Atalaya Castle, gorgeous marsh area. Beach is always nice and clean.
